Ibase automatic determination

Is anybody knows somethig about automatic determination of Installed base (Ibase) in Support Massage? I cant to find standart functionality of this...

T.code ib_gen is used to generate automatic ibase no.

Thanks for your reply but I mean not generation of IB - I mean determination of existing IB in created Support Message.
