Hi Experts,

I am not able to open PI 7.1 ESR . I am getting an exception "JAR resources in JNLP file are not signed by same certificate" exception. I tried deleting Java Webstart cache and also Restore Archives in Administration tab. But still I am facing this issue. I tried j2sdk 5, 6. But still no luck. Sometimes I am able to log in and sometimes not able to. Pasting snippets of the Java Webstart Exceptions-

Hello again,

If not solved as you have already tried before, ensure you use java version 1.5

in both Client and Server sides and try to redeploy the tools using the JSPM.

Hi!

To solve this, kindly follow the procedure below:

Go to:

http://<host>:<port>/dir/start/index.jsp

-> Administration -> Repository tab (do the same in Directory tab as

well) -> Java Web Start Administration -> click on "Restore Archives and

Generate New Signature".

After, please try to access the tools again. Repeat the process if not

worked in the first time.

With regards,
