How to change permission of KM document?

Hello All,

I execute my report using BI web template and then user write a comment on top which gets save at KM with a text file.

When we go to details of the comment system shows some list of permissions,

Does any one know, how to change those permission.

do let me know if probelm is not clear and need more explanation.

For KM permissions go to where the KM content is stored, Content Admin-KM Content. Locate the report and click content menu-details-settings-permissions. From here you can add individual LDAP users or better yet portal roles for Full Control\Read\Write\Delete access to your KM content.

Are you using BPC ?

Can you please list the permissions list you have, I am in a similar situation, I have read its documentation

let me see if I can simulate that on my Sandbox and give you an answer.

Also please list the steps clearly start to end, I think your permissions are set using BPC and text file is being passed between

BI and KM components of Netweaver system/Systems.

Put the trace on for the BI system to see what is failing/Succeeding.

so that you provide or restrict the necessary authorization.

No I am not using BPC.

I am using the standard BI report comment functionality....
