Documentary Payment (LC) for partial sales order item

Dear Experts,

I have scenario one sales order has two items. First item will use LC, I assigned the financial document (LC) on this item, but for item 2, this item still open because LC is not yet provided and also this customer has no credit limit. Now I want to create delivery order for only sales order item 1, but since the item 2 has no LC and customer does not have credit limit, then the overall sales order is blocked for credit status. My question is how to partial deliver for item 1 only ?

What you could see in Billing Document tab at each line item level under sub tab Risk Management?
