Sample Drawing Procedure

Can any body worked sample drawing procedure now i am working iron ore mine hear what happend every dumpper they collect for sample and they send for the total sample at the end of shift like in my first shift my production is the 100 tones in 100 tonnes 10 dumppers will come so ten time withdraw sample and they make composite sample and they send the test if it is 3 shifts three process orders confirmation is required if it is two two confirmation required if it is one shift one confirmation required
