Can any body worked sample drawing procedure now i am working iron ore mine hear what happend every dumpper they collect for sample and they send for the total sample at the end of shift like in my first shift my production is the 100 tones in 100 tonnes 10 dumppers will come so ten time withdraw sample and they make composite sample and they send the test if it is 3 shifts three process orders confirmation is required if it is two two confirmation required if it is one shift one confirmation required

how it will map in sap

Hi,

Here you need to do partial confirmation each time & GRN also for same qty.so that new lot wil get genarated at each GR same order.

In during GRN put number of container ( In your case put no of dumpers )

Sampling drawing procedure QPV1

In primary sample tab put acc to formula P2 , fixed number -1

Pool sample tab

Fixed number 1

In sampling procedure QDV1 put sample management radio button on.
