Doc Upload Error

Hi All,

We are using IE 6.0 currently. The DMS system is configured.But iam facing a peculiar problem,whenever i try to upload a original, i get a message saying the my browser is turned off, but the fact is its turned on. Could you please assist me on this. Did we miss out on the customization part(Front end type is defined as PC,have checked it)This is happeinng for all document types.

Hi Asif,

Believe error 26504 is being displayed and is raised whenever you are attempting to upload an original. Try the resolution approach indicated in the below wiki link

Hi Asif,

Please check in DC10. The WS application fields are filled propery i.e. optional entry or required entry.

If you select as display only then it will not work.
