Statistical Models in APO

Hi All,

Can anyone please tell me, how many and which statistical models in APO are such, that they produce same Forecast for the entire Forecast Horizon.

I mean if i am forecasting say like for Aug '10 + Sept'10 + Oct'10, then the model will give me exactly same forecast for all the three months (say 23.13 , 23.13, 23.13). One model that i know is Linear Regression (i guess). Also would appreciate if you can also through some light on the formulaes for the same.

Thanks Mani for the site. . . The details on the page does provide knowledge about the model but no further details are available regarding the forecasting formula. Anyways thanks again for the help.
