BSP Error in crmcmp_ic_frame

Hi All,

When we try to launch the IC screen,

I'm getting this BSP error.

The following error text was processed in the system:

BSP Exception: Das Objekt default.htm in der URL /sap()/bc/bsp/sap/crmcmp_ic_frame/default.htm?sap-htmlb-design=&sap-sessioncmd=open ist nicht gültig.

Error type:

Your SAP Business Server Pages Team

Pls let me know whether this related to services in SICF or default.html in the component crmcmp_ic_frame, this is std component & does not have this page.

Would you please look at the note 1295006 for the required SICF services for Interaction Center.

Hi,

It is working for the role IC_AGENT , but not for our custom role in QA. But the same custom busines role it is working in Dev. I'm not quite sure if it works in Dev, it should work in QA for both std & custom business roles.
