Statistical wbs element cost should reflect at the time of Goods issue

Hi Experts,

Currently i am using statistical wbs element to book cost as i do not want it to be capitalize, but at the time of goods issue cost for statistical wbs element is not reflecting in S_ALR_87013558

Can statistical cost be reflected in S_ALR_87013558 after goods issue

Please help
