Hii all,
can anybody tell me how to start listener from os level. My dispatcher is stopped working and when i see the log in work directory it says my listener is stopped so please tell me how to start it .

What is the OS?
Unix:
login with orasid user
lsnrctl status
lsnrctl start
Windows:
go to services.msc
start listner services
