Gross Req Planning that don't consider backlog planning

Hi,

I am using gross requirement planning with repetitive manufacturing for mining coal.

My client want reduction of planning by GR is done in one day only.

I don;t use consumption backwards forwards so over GR do not reduction next day or yesterday planning

They also want that remaining planning unconsumed that day that will become backlog

is exclude from MRP.

can I exclude the backlog planning in MRP run so MRP run is always consider planning from today to future only?

Any idea is very appreciated, please help.
