Dear Pradeep ,

What I am thinking is like GR quantity is more than confirmed quantity.how to correct this error .

Couple pf check points : -

1.Please process the records in CO1P, COFC and COGI

2.Check the order cost in KKBC_ORD it must be zero.If it has already settled , then revese the settlement and set TECO by COHV or CO02-Function-Restrict processing .-Technically complete

3.Check OSS Note 442966 - Goods movements for reprocessing not visible in COGI! See Note 396182 for more information.

Also use note 530174 then all the failed costings have been deleted then you will not get any entry in COGI.

4.1.In OPK4 did you mark Goods Movement Tab along Terminationa of Incorrect GM and Actual Cost /Termination of Incorrect cost ? Check your Customizing settings for the confirmation (Transaction OPK4): If you do not use HR, you must set the 'No HR update' indicator.

In Material master workscheduling view maintain tolerance limits in percentage ( Eg : 10 ) and check the indicator Unlimited (Indicator that specifies whether the quantity actually delivered may infinitely exceed the required production order quantity) adjacent to Over delivery tolerance.

In customization, OPK4(Parameters for Order confirmation), for the plant and order type, maintain Warning when Quantity falls below Underdelivery tolerance and Warning when Overdelivery tolerance is Exceeded.

By these settings you can able to give overdelivery quantity and System prompts you whether this quantity is within the specified delivery tolerance or not with Warning message.

But If Delivery tolerance is varying from order to order it is suggestible to have the same settings at order level.

5.Apply user exit in case , if you want to restrict excess Goods Movement through -SMOD-CONF* -List of enhancement of co11n.

Hope it clarofies
