MIRO Reversal

Hi experts,

while reversing the miro docs i m getting the error "Balance not zero: 655.71 debits: 5,706.53 credits: 6,362.24"

Message no. M8534

Please suggest me on it.

Tick mark calculate tax then see balance or either missed out unplanned delivery cost in bill.

at the time miro i had check the calculate tax & put the value in unplanned delivery cost.

the doc was posted but while reversing it showing me error

Check the debit & credit balance while simulating the invoice document previous posted & during the reversal, Find the difference if any

This problem will also occur in the case when you put CST tax code for unplanned delivery cost,If CST is non

deductable it will add to material value while doing GR while doing miro it will not happen.

Hence there should be some balance between debit & credit due to CST amount.

Hence put tax code with excise duties only in unplanned delivery cost.

If you configured g/l account for rounding off then CST amount will hit that a/c if it is megre amount.

Otherwise add CST amount in line item.Balance will be nullified.

Last week come across this scenario,i solved it thru above procedure.

Can you elborate entire cycle leading to invoice creation ? Is it is occuring in all MIRO documents or for specific MIRO ?

Have you simulated same issue in development server ?

also check is this a imports if so check ur exchange rate

double click on message u will get some details regarding the difference in amount form that u can get the clu
