Dear Forum,

First of all, i would like to get myself cleared of this word VALUATION. May I know what is the meaning of valuation and what is its impact?

May I know what is the purpose and implication of F107 valuation run?

Hi,

The following options are available for creating value adjustments for receivables:

1. You enter individual value adjustments (IVA) as a special G/L transaction E.

2. You use the program SAPF107 Additional valuations to carry out a flat-rate individual value adjustment.

3. Once you have determined the amount of the value adjustment, you adjust the flat-rate value by making a manual G/L account posting. The posting record is as follows: Expense from flat-rate value adjustment to value adjustment.

Dear,

from the internet, valuation means Appraising or estimating the worth of something having economic or monetary value.

May I know this valuation is same as sap valuation which i am asking?
