SAP Transaction iView Problem

Hi all,

I created a transaction iview with z* transaction code. It dispplays ABAP report when click execute it does not work and exits. But if i run the bap report from transaction SE38 in web gui it runs. So what should be the problem?

Hello Erhan,

The issue here is the kind of transaction type you have created in SE93.

You need to be sure to select "Start object" as "Program and selection screen (report transaction)" in SE93.

Then your report should run fine.

Unfortunately there is no way to change the setting in SE93: you will need to delete the t-code and recreate it.

Hi Erhan,

For z-service T-Code you can use IAC iView in stead of Transaction iView.Just put the specific Z service in the IAC iView and try to preview it.If this doesn't work then please cross check the z service active or not in ABAP workbench.If not activated the first activate the Z service first.
