how to delete Business partner in solution manger.

hi friends

I have two business partner BP1 & BP 2 assigned to xxx user(1 user).

but i want to delete the BP1 and it was not in use.

i have tried below transcation but i can not delete

Program : BUPA_TEST_DELETE

tcode : BUPA_DEL

---

> given BP1 and executed

-

---

> i am not able to delete and giving below message.

Delete Business Partners

No Business Partners Deleted

can any one knew how to delete

Hi Raja,

Go to transaction code BUPA_DEL

Enter the required BP name and uncheck all the three check boxes below it.

then execute.

You will get a message that the BP is successfully deleted.

Please revert back if there is any problem

HI Raja,

Start T.Code BUPA_PRE_DA and set the deletion flag for BP.

Now Start T.Code BUPA_DEL and delete the BP for which you had set the deletion flag.

Hello Raja,

Have you checked and implemented the following notes (check they are correct for your release and sp level)

BUPA_DEL

SAP Notes:

893900 Report for inconsistencies b/w BUT000 & relationships

1383199 BUPA_DEL: Fatal error stops deletion process

1393366

1111635

Apoloigues for the list of notes but it seems any inconsistency in details for the business partner may block the deletion and there are many corrections linked to this transaction.

you can go to transaction BP .and give the user id in the buisness partner tab.Then click on delete.
