Hi guys I’m facing an issue regarding Lumira reports schedulations.
The dev team developed a very easy Lumira document: it is a blank page with a logo inside, so, no data extraction ! Opening it from the BO platform (CMC with “right button -> view”) is ok, but if I schedule it (regardless of whether I set the output in "lums" or "pdf" format) the job fails after, about, 13 minutes with the message
“Object failed to run due to an error while processing on the Job Server”.
At operating system level, I only found the following information in trace file: “jobserver_<SIANAME>.AdaptiveJobServer_LumsRefreshJavaSchedulingService_CHILD0_trace.000001.glf”:
Text: [scheduler]: The export result is : [PDF was not generated within the time limit of 800000 milliseconds]
Schedulation of web intelligence reports is ok.

Hello Andrea - I found this SAP Note: https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/2688020
It says "Cause:
The exact cause of the problem is unknown but, the developer learned that the problem could be resolved by replacing a Lumira server.
During Development's investigation, they learned they could resolve the Viewing and Scheduling problem by creating a new Lumira Server. There was no code change:
"The fix for the issue was due to some problem in the original Lumira Server. I created a cloned server with that both opening of document as well as scheduling) of document as PDF was working fine."

Hi Tammy
thank you very much for your answer.
unfortunately I had already check the note 2688020 (I forgot to write it) but, applying the proposed solution, I have not solved the problem. I created a new Lumira processing server and I tried to run the schedulation with the new server up (and the old stopped) and also with both servers up (old and new).
Same error in both cases.
