Facebook Advertising - Integration to different Business Manager Accounts and Ad-Accounts possible?

Hi All,

we are on SAP Marketing Cloud. On the same tenant we have different companies which are legally independent and data is separated by their own marketing area.

They all have different FB Business Manager Accounts where the Ad-Accounts are assigned. Right now - as we understand - it is not possible to integrate - different business manager and accounts on the level of the marketing area. One company shall not be able to select the Ad-Account of another company.

This scenario right now is not possible right?

Hi Team! Writing from LAC.

We have the same question coming from one of our customer and partner in Colombia.

The main connection between FB and SMC is made through a FB user, which I assume could be admin for “n” FB Fan Pages as well as Ad Account Admin inside FB Business Mngr.

My doubts still...

If the main user is admin either for more than one fan pages, or admin for more that one FB Business Manager Accounts, could those be switched in SMC?

How does limit works in this sense?

Limit of Facebook ad accounts? Limit of Facebook users? Ad Account Admins? Ad Account Advertisers (agencies)? Etc...

Dear Gustavo,

in SMC this can not be switched. When doing a campaign you will see on the campaign all FB Add-Accounts even if they dont belong to you. Later on the campaign has to be started in facebook itseld and there - if you dont have the rights - you will not be able to start a campaign from another facebook Ad-Account. By using the FB Business Manager Account you will be able to limit access of the user.

As far as I know you're right and this is currently not possible.

Maybe someone of SAP can confirm?
