My client want to If Raw material reject due to any reason that time 1 auto mail send to vendor

any functionality available in SAP MM

l understood such hard habit users dont have to search.

But when we say any explanation related to the query and encourage the member to search first "without any reference"??.. any link?? or way to go...?? do you think simply say them "go and search anywhere"! could that really be the best way of motivation in this cases?

Please consider one QM notification.

Have a look below, a similar requirement was already discussed, if you have QM l think that is the best way, even if you like trace that better.

Hi Maruti,

You can do it,.. just need to maintain new output type with specific movement type and trigger it automatically, so whenever you reverse any material document system will generate a output message as mail!

You can ask your Basis team for mail transfer!

Will you avoid QM notification and quality inspections and do it in parallel?... there is a big chance to have a QM module covering that.
