We need to explore the option to run bulk hiring in SF RCM, where we require to create 2-5 requistions and hire more than 60 candidates.

Also when the selected candidates are moved to “Pending for Hire” status we should be able to see the PHV stage in Onboarding for all of them.

Currently our RCM and ONB modules are not integrated, but we do not wish to do the bulk hire process one-by-one as it will be too cumbersome

Hi Girish,

Have you looked into Onboarding function 'mass import'? This has helped me to achieve the same what you are trying to do.

Mass Import is XML document and you can specify the hiring manager to whom the task/step should be assigned to complete the PHV step of the process.
