Restricting access to "Repeat Output" Button in TRansaction VF02

Hello Experts,

I am looking for some guidance in how to go about restricting access to the button "Repeat Output" in Transaction VF02. To get to this Button in Transaction VF02 ( Select from the Tope menu, Goto -> Header -> Output). Is there a way to Hide this button or make it inactive.
