Problemas com Interface de Verificacao de Status de Servico

Pessoal

Estou tendo o seguinte mensagem na SXI_MONITOR da interface de verificacao de status de servico, alguem tem alguma ideia que pode ser, ja fiz algumas verificacoes e nao sei o que pode estar ocorrendo sendo que anteriormente ela estava ok.
