Button in SRM GUI for hyperlinking to another website

Dear All,

I have a requirement for a button in SRM/ECC 6 GUI for hyperlinking to another website. So that when user clicks on that button, new browser session with that site should open. How to do it? Is there any way? I am new. Please help.

What code has to be written?
