How to generate a webservice/wsdl which should support base64 format as attachment.

We have a requirement where we need to create a WSDL file which should be capable of file attachment functionality in base64 format. Does anybody has any idea on this, if yes please share some thoughts.

Let me know for any further questions on this requirement.

    Dear Mani,

WSDL would be used to describe the functionality used by your service, what you could do is - create a normal wsdl of type string which would hold the attachment data in base64.

This data can be decoded from base64 when it is consumed by the service.
