Would a SAP MM consultant with basic fuctionality knowledge of the MM module be best suited to work on a CRM prototype?

Are there any links/commonalities between the two?

Hi Linday,

The best combination of SAP CRM Consultant profile is the following - SAP Sales & Distribution Consultant. As SAP CRM has a lot of functionality from the SAP SD core processes. So, for any Sales & Distribution Consultant it will be rather easy to pick up the CRM functionality.

From my understanding, SAP Material Management Module has more integration with SAP Supplier Relationship Management Module as it has to deal with all the Vendors.

But, I guess you can always connect SAP CRM box to any other SAP box. But I have no clue on a exact Business Use Case that can be drafted.
