Maintenance Plans status change not visible in Change documents

Hi,

I have 03 queries regarding Change documents for Maintenance Plans

1. We made the Plan inactive but it is not appearing in the Change documents. Why is that so as we want to see that when (Date) it was made Inactive/deleted?
2. Any particular report to view the changes or SAP tables that can be used to develop a report rather then openign the log for each Plan one by one through tcode IP03?
3. While reading the help for Change documents, it says that:

Maintenance item: In the maintenance items, change documents are written for all the relevant fields. Object list changes and changes to the settlement rule are not documented.

What exactly does the wordings Object list changes above refer to?

For system status changes:

1. Go into the plan via IP03
2. Select menu path: Extras->Status Information
3. In the Display Status screen, select menu path: Extras->Change Documents->All

Hi Pete,

Reference to point 1 in last message: Change document is made active in Config and change documents are being created since SAP was implemented, but not when Plan status is changed. I have seen logs of multiple Plans that were set Inactive/Deleted, their logs shows data like frequency changed, Sort field data changes, reference object etc changed if any but not the system status of Plan changed

2. Any particular report to view the changes or SAP tables that can be used to develop a report rather then openign the log for each Plan one by one through tcode IP03? Run program RI_CD_VIEWER via SE38/SA38
3. While reading the help for Change documents, it says that: Maintenance item: In the maintenance items, change documents are written for all the relevant fields. Object list changes and changes to the settlement rule are not documented. What exactly does the wordings Object list changes above refer to? The changes to data on the Object List tab in the maintenance item.

Hi Pete,

We have change documents active in IMG and all changes are documented but only issue being that when we set Delete Flag on Plan or make it Inactive for instance today it does not show up in the log. All other changes in different fields are visible its just that the system status chnage date log not visible.

Any ideas?
