Maintenance Plans status change not visible in Change documents

Hi,

I have 03 queries regarding Change documents for Maintenance Plans

1. We made the Plan inactive but it is not appearing in the Change documents. Why is that so as we want to see that when (Date) it was made Inactive/deleted?
2. Any particular report to view the changes or SAP tables that can be used to develop a report rather then openign the log for each Plan one by one through tcode IP03?
3. While reading the help for Change documents, it says that:

Maintenance item: In the maintenance items, change documents are written for all the relevant fields. Object list changes and changes to the settlement rule are not documented.

What exactly does the wordings Object list changes above refer to?
