SO MAD which is confirmed against STO is incorrect

Hello Team,

I am new in APO and need your guidance here.

We are facing issue while calculating MAD for Sales orders which are getting confirmed against any supply element orders like STO/Purchase order/Process Order.

Expected is Sales order should have MAD as delivery date of Supply element and delivery date in SO should be MAD+put away time. However, currently SO is giving same delivery date as supply orders.

For example, STO delivery is 15th Feb, then in SO delivery date is 15th Feb and MAD is 13th or 14th Feb. This seems to be incorrect as expected is MAD in SO should be 15th Feb and delivery date should be e.g. 17th Feb(if put away time is 2 days) .

We have checked few OSS notes on prtal e.g. "1822406 - Availability date and GR processing time in R3". However, this seems to be not applicable as mentioned below: There is no specific code corrections mentioned in SAP Note '1822406' as manual/automatic and thus cannot be implemented. In the solution part of note '1822406' there are some suggestions given in form of example referring to some SAP Note (890379,1739835,1726804). The corrections mentioned in the SAP Note 1739835,1726804 are already present in the A1S/E1S system. The SAP Note 890379 is in status of Not Released.

In our scenario, pick/pack time and load time both are zero and only transit time is being getting considered.

Kindly request you to please guide me what needs to be corrected here.
