WebI graph/chart not showing in InfoView

Dear Experts,

a report created in WebI Rich Client contains a table with data and a pie chart as a graphic representation of the same table data. When exporting to CMS and opening it in Infoview, the table is showing with data, but the graph not. In the position of the graph it shows a red X.

What i have installed is the following:

1. Live Office XI 3.0

2. XCelsius 2008 SP3

3. Crystal report 2008 SP2

4. Busines Object Client

Installation : BO XI 3.1 Client

Installation : Patch

5. SAP GUI 7.10

6. Integration tool kit for SAP Client

Intallation : Integration tool kit for SAP BO XI 3.1

Installation : SP2

BO Enterprise XI 3.1 Client Tools SP 2

BO Enterprise XI 3.1 Client Tools FP 2.5

BO Enterprise XI 3.1 integration tool kit FP 2.5

I have also applied note 1305632 - Charts not visible in a Webintelligence Report. Replaced the .dll file in correct folder, but this did not resolve the issue.

Can anybody help me with this please. Is there maybe something that needs to be maintained on the server?
