Hi Rajini, you did not tell us how much do you know about BusinessObjects (you can be familiar with BusinessObjects even if you are new), and what is your job role. So I have to assume you know nothing about BusinessObjects. If that's true, the first class you need to take is the Web Intelligence (a.k.a. WebI) beginner class. WebI should always be the first thing to learn about BusinessObjects as it is the most basic and easiest to pick up. Once you understand WebI, you can take the beginner Universe class. Universe is the semantic layer in the BOBJ tool set.
Administration takes a different skill set as compared to report development. The first class you should take is CMC Administration. This teaches you how to set up and maintain the object permission and user rights.
I caution you NOT to take all these classes at the same time. It could be overwhelming. Besides, you will need time to practice after the class. Most people will forget more than 50% of what they learned in a training class the next week after the class. So please keep that in mind and pace yourself.
Hope this helps.

Hi Rajini, you can find all the training information on http://www.sap.com/services/education/index.epx. On the right pane of that web site, you can find all the available courses under the "Course Index". The following are the classes that I have mentioned before:
BOW110 - SAP BusinessObjects: Web Intelligence Reporting
BOU210 - SAP BusinessObjects: Universe Design
BOE210 - SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise: Administering Users and Content with the CMC
Remember to pace yourself and not to take all the classes at the same time. All these classes are instructor-led. I strongly suggest instructor-led classes over online classes because you can interact with the instructor and ask questions where online classes cannot. You should be able to find the classes in your area on that web site.
Hope this helps.

If you are using the BusinessObjects tool, you should join ASUG at www.asug.com
