how to set ccms alert - crm system

Can some one help me to guide the steps to set ccms alerts for the below 2 condition

1) Major part of dialog work processes is occupied -

2) Average over all dialog work processes "runtime" is higher than X seconds

Indeed, we must expect a problem if either both conditions are met

I guess i can do this by using MTE class available

dialog response time

R3DialogResponseTime

Alert for PRIV utilization:

and R3diaWpUtilisation

But i dont knw the pocess ho wto do this.. can some 1 guide me how to configure ccms alert using the avilable MTE class..

OR is it possible to create program in ABAP & implement the same in RZ20? any 1 have idea on this?
