UD error

Hi

i have reate inspection lot..tne complete the result regarding ..now trying to do the UD for this lot ..but system has given error .. like

"certificate conformation has missing.."...so has not post the stock in UD

So how can i do the certification conformation...pls could any one help in this issue..

presently system status must be CTCM

in ud screen

go to edit click on 'CONFIRM RECEIPT OF CERTIFICATE', status will change automatically to CROK

now u can take ud for that lot

Hi,

It happen because you have use control key in material master --QM view where cerificate required check box on.

In that case at the time og GRN you have confirm certificate if you not confirm that time then at the time of UD system ask you to do.

In UD screen EDITconfirm receipt of certificate.

Then you can give UD.

OR if future you do not want this them in control key

Sprouality managementQM logistic--QM procurrement -Define control key where you can remove check on cret required.
