Status tab - Status profile in Web UI

Experts,

I was looking at the Web UI to show the BP Status assignment block and couldn't find any. As per one of the other threads in this forum, I was able to find Status folder within Account details, however, the status Profile details are not there. Is there any other place I should be looking for it?

Hi,

The BP status related data you will find in Account detail assignment block but in standard delivery it is not available by default, you have to add it from available fields to make available in your view.

Component: BP_HEAD

View: BP_HEAD/AccountDetails

Thanks for your reply Dipesh. Only Blocking reasons and such are available in Status folder within Account Details section. I was looking for the availability of Status Profile section that is also present in SAP GUI status tab. Any suggestions on where to find it?

If you are using CRM 7.0, the functionality is now called "LifeCycle Management".

Check SAP Notes: 1097651 to know more about "Account Lifecycle Management".

And to convert your current customizing and master data from status to "Account Life Cycle", SAP has provided two reports:

report BUP_STATUSPROFILE_CONVERT

report CRM_BUPA_USERSTATUS_CONV2ROLE

please check note 1113330 for detail.

Hello,

I am trying to use the CRM_BUPA_USERSTATUS_CONV2ROLE report for 11.000.000 entries and we are facing some problems.

Like "Lock Table Overflow", VERY slow... etc.

Has anyone ever faced similar problems when using this report????
