Hi !!!
I've just begun to study Web Dynpro Java. I'm trying to configurate the environment, but I have a problem: jcontrol process isn't running. Others process like Msg_server.EXE, Enserver.Exe, and Igswd.EXE are running.
I have:
. O.S: Window 7 Home Edition, 32 bits.
. Sap NetWeaver Java version: 7.0.9, SDK (SAPNW2004sJavaSP9_Trial)
. JDK: 1.4.17
Thanks,
Veru00F3nica

[Thr 2932] *** ERROR => OS release Windows NT 6.1 7600 2x Intel 80686 (Mod 23 Step 10) is not supported with this startup framework (700) [jstartxx.c 4392]
Hi Veronica,
Windows 2008 R2 is not supported.
The only chance is to try the lastest kernel. Maybe the check vor R2 is removed.

Hello Veronica,
What is the exact version of the OS you are using? You can have a look at note 30478 that details the supported SP for
WIN servers. As you can read in the note the only supported version for WIN 2008 is SP2.
I hope this helps you.
Regards,
Blanca
