Over Receipt on Production Order

We received more goods on a production order that we were supposed to. Is there a way to do a return of goods on that production order? Or do I just have to do a goods issue to fix inventory and leave the variance as is?

hI Jim

first you have to seen whether the goods revived for prodiction have been used in production ie please check if they still hold the same denomination stature as comapred with earlier if yes then u can use gooods issue or even inventory transfer as per your system.

if the goods are used in production then as said by gordon u would require a disaambly bom

Better option would be a disassemble production order to issue for production.
