Hello everyone,

Problem signature:

Problem Event Name: APPCRASH

Application Name: crw32.exe

Application Version: 12.3.0.601

Application Timestamp: 4bd05d31

Fault Module Name: crdb_sforce.dll

Fault Module Version: 12.3.0.601

Fault Module Timestamp: 4bd04f7d

Exception Code: c0000005

Please help me to understand what is causing these few reports to error.

In an effort to resolve the problem I have created a test system on my local Windows 7 workstation to replicate our production system. I have applied service packs all the way up through version 12.3.0.601 and while trying to execute the reports that present the problem, I still receive the following errors.

I have also changed the DEP setting to u2018Turn on DEP for all programs and services except those I select:u2019 and adding Crystal Reports to the list. This does not resolve the issue for us either.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
