Duplicate planned orders

HI,

Up on assigning the planned order to production lines in MF50 planning table and we are firming the planned orders then running the MRP and a duplicate planned order is getting generated for the PIR quantity (planning strategy 11 with Mix MRP 3) what could be the reason?

checked the Planning Horizon /Rescheduling horizon and they are in line.
