Hello Experts,
One of my customers is using the Keyboard Shortcuts (CTRL-F2 - CTRL-F12) to start his programs in SBO.
He claims that the content of the Keyboard shortcuts changes, so an other program is selected as was previously defined in Tools - MyShortcuts. (not on a dayly base, but p.e. after an patch update from SAP or an add-on update)
My questions:
Where does SAP store these Keyboard shortcuts?
Has any of you experienced this and know how to solve this?
Kind regards,
Henk Tjassing
Hi Henk Tjassing,
Those shortcuts are saved in USR1 table. Check the size of table and see the detail data first.
Thanks,
Gordon

Yes Jrajput, you are right. I do mean shortcut keys F2 - F12 (i was mixing it up with something else).
When my customer pushes on F2 and expects p.e. Sales Order, he will get p.e. Article master data.
I would like to know where these settings in SBO are kept. (in a file or in a database table or...)
Hi Tjassing,
Please follow the steps:--
Tools> My Shortcuts>Customize.
choose the F2 button or whatever u need ..
see the modules given on left choose any one..
see the full docs on right side and select and allocate .
Ex.
1.Choose F3 in shortcut......
2.Choose Sales A/R in modules
3.Choose sales order from current window.
4. Press ALLOCATE and then OK.
if u change go to F3 and Choose Remove and again new document and allocate n OK.
this may help u..
PLZ close the thread if RESOLVED.
Thanks,
JRAJPUT
