Customer field value from VBAP to BSEG-SGTEXT

I have the requirement to add the value from a customer field in table VBAP to BSEG-SGTEXT when sales order is processed.

Any ideas?

Please check whether BADI "OID_SD_SALES_SSCFLOW" can work for your scenario!

Do you mean that you would like to update bseg-sgtxt with information of the sales order during accounting document generation?

If so, then you may achieve this by user exit such as EXIT_SAPLV60B_002 in form FORM ACCOUNTING_HEAD_LINE in SD-FI interface FUNCTION RV_ACCOUNTING_DOCUMENT_CREATE using FM CALL FUNCTION 'READ_TEXT'.
