Screen Printer Add on problem

Hi all

My problem is that when i installed the screen printer add on that pass the message.

(Add- on Screen printer : Add on installation failed because another version is already installed . please ensure that the version number is higher that the version previously installed )

M using sap b1 8.8 patch level 00.

the version of all add on is 880.222.00.0

the version of screen printer and xl reporter is 880220

I want to installed the screen printer how can we solved this problem .

hi areeba

it looks like a different version of screen printer is all ready installed on your computer so for that

You may require to first delet the setup from the registery if you cannot delete from add remove programs also delete all your temp filles in the system and then try to install it again .To delete it from registery you can downlaod a free software "Registery Clearner"
