problem to upload a tiff image

Hello everyone,

I've been trying to upload a tiff image using the program RSTXLDMC to be able to convert it to a standard text using the parameters BCOL and no greyscale. The problem is that when I see a preview of the logo I'm getting it in black and white, instead of color. Does anyone have any ideas of why this could be happening?

Please use transaction SE78 to upload images.

Hello, in the end they settled to the image before uploading it with this program we put in 256 properties (8 bit) colores.Y so it can upload the image to generate the standard text.
