problem to upload a tiff image

Hello everyone,

I've been trying to upload a tiff image using the program RSTXLDMC to be able to convert it to a standard text using the parameters BCOL and no greyscale. The problem is that when I see a preview of the logo I'm getting it in black and white, instead of color. Does anyone have any ideas of why this could be happening?
