Pb with language logon and data display Query designer

Hello,

I do the translations (FR => EN) via RSA1 and SE63 of my variables of my Query for the query designer.

It works I have no technical name that appears in the query designer.

But when I run my query using the query designer, the query is displayed in French while I am logged in English.

I want the query is displayed in english when I'm logged into English.

How can I do?

Thank you pour votre aide.

    Hi Khalid:

    Try this.

1.- Open a session on BW using SAP GUI.

    2.- Execute Transaction Code SU01.

3.- Type your user on the "User" box.

4.- Click on the "Display" button (or press F7 key).

5.- On the "Address" tab make sure the Language = "English" (on the "Communication" section).

6.- On the "Defaults" tab make sure the "Logon Language" = "EN"

    Regards,

    Francisco Milán.

    Hello,

Per I can understand, you are executing the query from Query Designer.

So, if you are using Query designer 7.0, you are calling the Enterprise Portal.

Even with English on Query Designer, you have to logon as english on the

    Portal, as well.

Try to check your Browser configuration.

    On Internet Explorer:

    Tools

    Internet Option

    Language

Check if English is configured as the first language.

Also, ensure the query1s objects exists on english version.

    Best regards,

    Edward John

    Hello,

    The problem is not resolved.

The language is always independent of the logon language.

The only change is that now the language to display the Query is

always English: when I log into French the Query Designer appears

in French, but the execution of the Query is in English.

But the language is always independent of the logon language.

I hope that the language is dependant of the logon language.

    Can you help me?
