Error when user trys to apply leave, even though having suffcient leave quo

Hello Evey one,

We are using Cats Application to capture the leaves, one of the employee is trying to apply for leave and using ESS portal via Cats Application, it is showing error as NOT ENOUGH QUOTA FOR 01 ABSENCE FOR PERSONNEL NUMBER 0053972.

we have verified the infotype 2006 and he has still 86 hours of leave available after deducting the amount of hours that has allready applied and still in que for managers approval.

Other employee belonging to same EE Sub group and same personnel Sub area could apply for that leave sucessfully
