Car Perk issue while employee transfer the cross company code - India Payroll

Hi Gurus,

I am getting issue with Car Perk issue while employee transfer the cross company code - India Payroll.

Example: for 3 months car perk 9900/- the same amount adding twice while transfer the employee cross company code, The difference amount is car perk amount. Let us know what might be the issue.

    Can you elobarate your issue , Car Perk is paying twice means where and for which period need more details.

    As mentioned by Sikindar, please provide additional information, such as how do you pay the "Car Perk".

    Is it derived form the employee's Basic Pay/Affectation, or is it paid directly through IT0008 or IT0014?

    Did the employee change Company Code on the First Day of the new Payroll Period or did the change happen within a PP?

    Dear Gurus,

    Employee car Perk has been configured in the system based on Car CC which employee using (2400 + 900 = 3300/- PM) Based on employee claims, All the claims paid through IT15.

    In the month of Apr-18, may-18 and Jun-18 employee claimed car lease benefit, 3300*3 = 9900/-, every month 3300 added as perk in /127 wage type

    In the month of Jul-18 and Aug-18 employee didn't not used the car lease benefit hence no perk added to Gross salary

    In the month of Sep-18 (From Sep, 01) employee transferred to different company code, Payroll has been run retrospectively to enable multiple form-16.

    In sep-18 Result table values as below

    /4VA Prev Gross salary including Perk Value (50000*5 + 3300*3 = 259900)

    /127 Annual perk 9900/-

    /430 Gross total income 617400 (50000*7 + /127 value (9900) + 259900 (Prev Gross salary))

    actually gross salary should be (50000*12 + 3300*3 = 6,09,900), There is difference of 9900/- showing more which is adding from /127 wage type.
