Involved Parties on an Appointment

Hi All,

In C4C when i track an appointment/meeting from Outlook into the system, the involved parties always includes additional parties such as : Contact (meaning Primary Contact of the Account) and Organizational Unit (i assume of the employee responsible).

Is there a way to control/prevent these involved parties from appearing in the appointment? For example, the meeting may have been held with people other than the Primary Contact of the Account so it doesn't make sense to include the Primary Contact ni the appointment

    I think i may have found my answer, i think i can just unclick 'Organizational Unit and 'Contact of Account' correct?

    Last thing, if i do so, will it impact any functionality or would it's effect be simply not being automatically maintained on any appointment/meeting being synchronized from outlook to c4c?
