    HI,

I suppose you are talking about contracts, as application type EV is for contracts.

Can you please check following 2 points in your system?

    1. Please make sure that conditio type ZNEU has been fine-tuned at

    following Customization path.

    Txn OLME>Output Control >Message Types

    >Define Message Types for Outline Agreement

    >Fine-Tuned Control: Outline Purchase Agreement

    2. Output device is correctly determined for condition type ZNEU.

    Txn OLME>Output Control >Message Types

    >Define Message Types for Outline Agreement

    >Maintain Message Types for Outline agreement

Click on condition type and check Print param., If print parameter

is 6 (Purchasin group) then please maintain the output device to

    purchasing group used.

Txn OLME>Output Control >Assign Output Devices to Purchasing Groups

Could you please aslo check if you are using your own print programm and form?. If yes, please try using the standard ones and create a new contract. In case it works, you will know where the issue comes from.

    I hope this tips help!.

    Best Regards,

    Arminda Jack

    Hi,

Just fine tune the output (message) type in following path:

SPRO>MM>Purchasing>Message>Output control>Message types> Define message type for Outline agrrement-->Fine-Tuned Control: Outline Purchase Agreement

Now here select the check box corresponding to your output(message) type to have print output for this message type is automatically displayed & save.

Now try to create scheduling agreement & u will have default message type.

    Regards,
