disable workitem in substitutes inbox

Is there any possiblities of disabling the workitem in the substitutes inbox alone.

Is there any FM or any.

Help me in this

Include the user id under Excluded agents for which you you dont want to send workitem

Why you need to delete the WI from the substitute inbox?

The purpose of substitute is to work on the WI... Can you please elaborate your requirement....

Cancel the substitute will remove the WI from his inbox.
