how to hide/display chart based on User input parameter

hi,

I have a chart in WEBI report. This report prompts the end user with values {Yes, No}.

If user selects value 'Yes', Chart should be displayed

If user selects value 'No', Chart should be hidden.

Please let me know how to achieve this....
