How to delete a blank line in the Address formats Printlayoutdesigner

Hello,

I made the following address formats definition:

Administration -> Definition -> Businesspartnersr -> Adress formats:

ADRESS-ZEILE 2

ADRESS-ZEILE 3

GEBÄUDE

STRAßE

PLZ " " STADT

A couple of businesspartners did'nt have an entry in ADDRESS-ZEILE 3 field. So if a report is printed in Printlayoutdesigner, ther is a blank line.

Example:

Mr.

Marvin Müller

Mainstreet 1

11111 Town

How can i delete this blank line?
