Auto PO Creation

Hello All,

> For a single material there are no; of PRs,whether in ME59 this can be converted into a single PO.ie whether the PO conversion can be controlled with repect with material

>Say there are 2 PRs for a X material and 3 PRs for Y materail.Rest all data remains the same.When ME59 is executed , then only two POs should get created, one for X material and anothere for material Y.

Please let me know your thought on this

It can be done manually but not automaticly. In the Standard process it's not possible Try with help of ABAPers.

I dont think its possible to convert multiple PRs automatically into one PO.

But manually, yes you can convert multiple PRs into one PO, by adopting all the required Pr's into one PO and then getting the PO created.
