Migration SEM BCS to BO FC or EPM 8.0

is there any actual documentation available when and how there is a migration tool from SEM BCS to FC 7.5 or EPM 8.0 available.

What can be migrated - only data or also customizing?

Finally what is the current status of next generation consolidation tool, when will it be available
